We will return any of our products provided it is in new condition with the original tags within 30 days of purchase. We recommend that you purchase any exchanges immediately to ensure that the product is in stock. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Wild Mountain Online will charge for ground shipping fees on outbound exchanges. Defects or warranty issues on our products will be returned to the manufacturer and either credited to you or replaced. Sale items and Closeouts recieve store credit only.
