to bring you the best clothing and gear we can
find. We have tested and used most of this equipment
and know what it can do. Ask us questions, we

GUARANTEE We guarantee everything we sell and
will return it to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. We promise to
replace any new item immediately either from us or the manufacturer if
available. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If the product does not
live up to your expectations, we will replace or refund, no questions
asked.
RETURNS
We will return items that are the wrong size for
replacement or refund in new condition within
30 days of purchase.. We do not accept SALE items
for a refund. However, we will issue a credit
good for another purchase. We ask that you ship
the product to us in good condition. We will ship
the replacement to you and charge you our economy
shipping.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally we will sell out of a product unexpectedly.
If this occurs and you recieve an email stating
our problem you may cancel and recieve a refund
or wait for the backorder to ship. We are only
human and partly canine. We will actually help you find it somewhere
else if its available.
